Chief Executive Officer and President
Matthew Booth has served as Chief Executive Officer since August 2022 and as President since December 2020. Mr. Booth has also served in various other roles at Urgently, including as Chief Strategy Officer from January 2019 to April 2019 and as Strategic Advisor from August 2018 to January 2019. Prior to joining Urgently, Mr. Booth served as CEO and as an advisor at Connectivity, a customer intelligence solutions company, from July 2013 to July 2018 and in various roles at BIA Kelsey, a media research and consulting firm, from March 2006 to June 2013, including as Chief Strategy Officer and most recently as an advisor from July 2013 to March 2015. Mr. Booth received his B.S. in Business (Finance) from Babson College.
Chief Financial Officer
Timothy C. Huffmyer has served as our Chief Financial Officer since September 2021. Prior to joining Urgently, Mr. Huffmyer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Smith Micro Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: “SMSI”), a software solutions company, from June 2017 to September 2021. Prior to joining Smith Micro Software, Inc., Mr. Huffmyer served in various roles at Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq: “BBOX”), an IT solutions company, from January 2008 to June 2017 including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Director of Finance. Mr. Huffmyer received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Chief Product & Technology Officer
13+ years of data-driven business leadership and strategic product development, with deep experience building large, scalable SaaS platforms for major US and international enterprise brands. Prior roles include VP of Product at Thinknear by Telenav, Head of Product Management, Social at Reputation.com, SVP of Product at Connectivity and VP of Product and GM of Evite Premium at Evite. B.A. (Fine Arts), University of Southern California.
Chief Data Officer
25+ years driving data product strategy, from idea through development to operations; building and mentoring teams to create sustained value to revenue, improve product quality and operations. Prior roles include Head of Data Science at inMarket and at Thinknear by Telenav and Data Scientist at Edmunds.com. Graduate Studies (Economics, Econometrics and Finance), University of California, Los Angeles, M.A. (Economics), University of Alberta, B.S. (Math and Economics), University of Alberta.
Vice President of Operations
20+ years as a highly accomplished strategic, relationship, and people leader with deep experience in inbound and outbound call center management, vendor relations, sales and retention strategy. Previously served as Director of Operational Client Experience at Cox Automotive and Director of Call Center Vendor Management at Cox Communications.
Senior Vice President of Partnerships
10+ years working with major brands across automotive and mobile industries developing data-driven approaches to ensure continuous program improvement. Previously served in management roles at Neustar, IMImobile and Mobile Posse. B.S. (Communications, Public Relations), George Mason University.
